• Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 1–3 business days.
  
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  

Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather, festivals).
  
• We are not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier.
  

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  
• Certain items (e.g., custom/personalized products, clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.
  

Return Process

2. Our team will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or guide you on self-shipping.
   
3. Once the product is received and quality-checked, your refund/exchange will be processed.
   

Refunds

• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
  

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.
