Order Processing Time

- Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 1–3 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delays
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather, festivals).
- We are not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality, including change of mind or ordering errors.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain items (e.g., custom/personalized products, clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.

Return Procedure (Only for Damaged/Wrong Product)
- Email us at terraloop@shobikaaimpex.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide order number + photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or ask you to self-ship.
After quality check, we will process a replacement or refund.
Refunds (Only for Approved Cases)
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

How to Measure
Bust
Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it’s parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline—typically just above your belly button. Relax your stomach and keep the tape comfortably fitted, not tight.
Top Length
Start measuring from the highest point of your shoulder (near the neck) straight down to where you want the top to end (usually near the hips or waist, depending on style).
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam (where the inner legs meet) down along the inside of your leg to the bottom of your ankle or the desired pant length.
