Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  

Shipping Time & Charges

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days.
• Express Delivery (Selected Locations): 1–5 business days.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  

Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, weather, festivals).
• Terraloop is not liable for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier.
  

Return & Exchange Policy

❗ Important Note

We offer exchange or store credit instead of direct returns as a standard practice. Your product is eligible for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

• The exchange/return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
• The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
• The product does not fit correctly — size exchange is allowed only for the same product, subject to availability.

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Customized or altered products (size, colour, embroidery, etc.)
• Sale, discounted, or promotional items
• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Exchange Process

1. Email us at terraloop@shobikaaimpex.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos/videos (mandatory for defective or incorrect items).
3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if serviceable) or ask you to self-ship.
4. The product must be shipped back within 7 days of exchange approval.
5. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• In special or exceptional cases, cancellation and refund may be approved at Terraloop’s discretion.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds approved for cancellation do not require product return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Note

Terraloop reserves the right to approve or decline any request that does not meet the above terms. These policies are in place to maintain hygiene, quality standards, and fair use.
