How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
Shoulder
Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder bone to the other.
Top Length
Start from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) and measure straight down to the desired length (waist or hip, depending on garment style).
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist β usually just above the belly button. Keep the tape comfortably fitted, not tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam down along the inside of the leg to the bottom of the ankle or your preferred pant length.
